What do you put on your tuna? Because straight from the can sucks.

So sodium was mentioned a lot as being something you can include, I am excited to see hot sauce or tapatio can be included with no calories/carbs. What other spices or seasonings if any can be added to ground beef/chicken breast etc.

The book tells you most spices will be accepted. Majority of them have little to no calories.

Some sauces will have more calories though so just gotta watch out for that.

Yea pretty much anything can be. I do lots of different peppers diced and sautéed and lots of garlic etc. adds variety.

With tuna I use egg whites and make a patty. Then brown it.

Eat lots of egg whites omelets with lots peppers and some diced chicken.

I'm back on the wagon. These last few weeks with all the holidays and such have kept me from being strict. I haven't eaten bad, but when you are on the go it's impossible to stick to this diet. Hopefully I can get a few quiet weeks as I only need to get down another 5-8 lbs.

Me too. This past weekend we went to the beach. I was drinking like 7-10 beers daily plus breakfast lunch and dinner. Late night pizza two nights. Gained a good 3 lbs. Cutting it down this week then its bday Friday. Just nonstop, but I enjoy the challenge of eating clean then being able to eat/drink what I want for a day or two during the week and knowing I have a system that can shed the pounds if I commit to it.

So calculator told me 1g of potassium daily. That comes out to 11 of the only potassium pills I can find. Anyone actually doing that?

No man. I would just keep it simple as possible.

Water
Very lean meats
Fibrous veggies listed in OP.
Fish Oil.
Protein Powder.
Multi Vitamins.
Maybe a Fiber Supplement.

Cook all veggies and meats in PAM or zero calorie type items.

Stick with that and you are good to go.

Got the Jym pre-workout in yesterday, not a huge fan of the taste, and felt what some others said, it wasn't a sudden burst more of a steady build. Have to definitely take it earlier than I would others.

As for today, going to have some Birthday Eggs and Birthday chicken before my desert of Birthday ground beef. #noquit

Nah man, just started Monday, feels wrong to turn my back on it. I barely knew ye!

I had plenty of "birthday meals" before to get me to being a fatty anyways.

How many carbs are we talking about here when you saw low carbohydrate. I am trying to stay below 50g right now.

Currently taking in 180g of protein. I can only eat so much chicken in one day :( .

Pretty low. Under 50g is good but I would shoot for lower. The way I was tracking, I was averaging around 20-30gs, sometimes lower. The only carbs would be coming from the veggies in which the ones listed contain very low amounts of it.
