In 30 years, I’ve gone a full month without about 3 times. I’m addicted although helps positively with exercise, work stress, and general appreciation for the little things.

I’ve survived 27 years of Houston Corporate rat race and 25 years marriage. I genuinely feel like it helps with perspective and health.

I don’t have much advice to offer but perhaps 90 days is a small sacrifice for the one you love.
