Questions on peptide dosing

I was going to specifically ask Lsu777 for his email, but didn't know if a topic with a username would get zapped.
Anyway, just have basic questions on reconstitution math and all that jazz. I'm on tesa through a clinic, but looking to do my own thing (because holy hell they're expensive) and add in a reta microdose, so would be ordering 10mg of reta and 10mg of tesa.

Not sure exactly what you need, but this link provided by Uncle Jack D is the best reconstitution calculator I've used: Peptide Reconstitution Calculator

What's your question?
Assuming 1.5 mg a week at three doses per week for the reta with a 10mg vial, the amount of liquid to reconstitute, and the amount in units per inject? I've used the calculator but just making sure my math is mathing.
And I've seen various advice on how much tesa to run a week and how often a week to inject, so just some feedback from folks here on what works for them.
Goal with the reta is about 20lbs weightloss but also to improve lab numbers, and tesa is primarily for recovery and muscle retention. I've been on a lower end dose of tesa now for a couple weeks with no side effects.
Four days a week in the gym, diet is dialed in, 200mg a week of TRT.

Your diet is “dialed in” but you are obese

for reta....
for tesa- do 1mg daily....so add 2ml, use 20 unit or 1mg 5 days on, 2 days off.

Summary of the Best Approach (Using 2 mL)
• Reconstitution: Inject 2 mL of BAC water into your 10 mg vial.
• Dose per shot: Draw up exactly 10 units (0.1 mL) on a standard U-100 insulin syringe.
• Schedule: Repeat this 10-unit shot 3 times a week (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) to hit your 1.5 mg weekly goal.
• Vial Lifespan: A 10 mg vial will last you exactly 20 shots (a little over 6 weeks of dosing). Remember to keep the reconstituted vial refrigerated

you can use Gemini for this very easily.

Thanks lsu777. Exactly what I needed.
ETA: I use grok personally. And I've already run all this through that. I just wanted to have actual people who are using/dosing this stuff verify what they're actually doing to compare what AI returns.
I never take AI at face value. Why? Part of my job is to make AI hallucinate through prompt manipulation/injection.

AI is only as smart as the information you give it....thats why i build dashboards and have all the requisite background information already uploaded where all it has to do is pull the reference
but for this stuff, Gemini is better than the rest...trust me. I use all of them for different task...for peptides and other stuff similar...its not close.

This is 100% accurate. ChatGPT will give you some information but Gemini is much better. Claude sucks for this stuff.

This is a decent resource as well.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll have to give it a shot.
