Started taking a med Monday and one of the side effects is loss of appetite. I've taken this med in the past but don't recall having this last time. Well needless to say, instead of making sure I don't over eat, I'm having to make sure I eat enough. Only averaging 1800 calories and 159g of protein a day so far this week. 62g of that is breakfast alone.

I tend to meal prep by baking a lot of seasoned mixed vegetables (carrots, squash, bell peppers, zucchini, etc) and some sort of protein. Going to try and up the amount of protein I am using since I'm eating a lot less now.

Ive been out with a fractured vertebrae for the last 2 months, so I didn't even want to check in. Im holding steady at 220!

I know I need to get to 200-190, but I cant work out the way I want to, so I am keeping things on lock during the week. On the weekends, I let myself live and try not to go over board. This has been working for a few months now.

It'll be time to get after it soon.

Had my vacation, got back late this week. I drank and ate like shite as expected so I'm expecting to have added a couple of pounds, but will to see where the numbers settle by end of this week.

Meal prepped my lunches, pre-logged our planned dinners, and will have proats for breakfast. Let's have a good week.

i hate that shite. anytime i get below 190 and i am in long sleeves or baggy clothes people start making comments and asking if i am sick or what.

then if i am wearing a tighter shirt or have shirt off, people start asking how much weight i gained

people are stupid and have no concept of what healthy is because we are surrounded by fat or skinny fat people.

Had my mom tell me I lost too much weight then a month later ask if I was on steroids when I had my shirt off.

First week back from vacation done. Stuck to the plan. The average should come down more this week as it took until about Wednesday for the bloat to fall off. I think it'll settle around 267.5 or so.

Thinkin I'll make make this with thighs instead of ck breast for meal prep this week

48.6 lbs total lost. ALMOST to 50!
15.7 lbs since 3/20 (when I started counting calories). Weekly loss average in that same time range is right at 1.8 lbs.

Continuing to see the weight drop off! Lately it's gotten to where I have to get some dessert, extra snack, bread, SOMETHING just to get a little more calories in. After 2 months of tracking everything I eat and meal prepping (protein/veggies), it's become a lot easier to get thru the day w/o being hungry at all. Over the last week I've averaged 1900 calories with 160g protein. Next focus is to get the protein numbers up.

Going on vacation next week. I expect my weight to go up as I won't be able to control everything. Just going to focus on making smart decisions and get back to the grind when we get back.
