May be related. I am way, way more hungry all afternoon after I work out at lunchtime than when I don't work out.

Friday check in.
258/246/220

I had a great week. My wife and I have so much going on every weekend that we decided to lock it down during the week and enjoy our weekends. I will not lose the weight near as fast, but it will establish good habits. That's where I screwed up last time. It was a diet or bust mentality. Once I break the diet, I rage until I'm sick.

Plan: Exercise at least 5 days a week. Keto and no booze during the week. On weekends, plan ahead with meals and options for when we go out or are with family. For every "cheat meal," the next meal must be low carb: never double down on a cheat. So, if we are gong to have something carby, it better be good/worth it. Make it a poboy lunch, not fast food.

Good luck this weekend boys!

This is what it's all about, man. You want to be able to form habits that last a lifetime. Break the restrict/binge cycle. It may not be easy, and you'll probably struggle some, but in the long term you'll be better off if you aren't freaking out after a single meal and then going on a food bender.

I forgot to check in yesterday.

Scale was up a bit, 270.5. Not concerning to me, I did pretty well last week. Tomorrow is my check-in for Carbon app. It'll probably drop my macros.

Got an InBody scan done. Body water was elevated these last few days because I’ve been eating some salty foods, so it wasn’t an ideal day to scan. This is coming off a high of 260 lbs two years ago, so I’m pretty happy with my progress. Been holding steady between 200 and 210 for the last 12-16 months. Exactly 6’ tall.

238/223/205 6'4"
Waist 38

Everything is moving in the right direction. Over the alcohol habit now, losing those calories helps. Strength in the gym going up too.

Gonna track my waist circumference too for a while. Keep it up, boys!

Forgive me, PUTTA bros, for I have sinned.

Stressful arse weekend, used the stress and frustration as an excuse to drink more than I should have. I had a few beers both saturday and sunday, and it lead to extra snacking and shite that I didn't log and now i don't really remember what all I ate.

Only down 1 pound in the past couple of weeks…had a couple birthday parties and whatnot. Setting a mini goal of sub 165 for Easter. Let’s get it folks, pool season is on the horizon.

I’m down to 188. Feeling good. Strong cravings for ice cream last night but I fought it off. 185 is my goal but I may keep going to 180.
