That's what it reads... But I work out 4x a week most weeks, eat ~180g protein/day. I sincerely doubt I lost that much muscle mass. Just a read error, maybe I held one of the handles the wrong way or something. NBD

Interesting to note, too: I took the first scan immediately post-workout and this was pre-workout. So, maybe some fluid level differences.

Then it isn't accurate. Inbody has to be done while fasted first thing in the morning for most accurate readings why only water digested before reading.

Well baws, had a rough week with my diet. By far my worst week since I started this after Thanksgiving. It’s time to turn it around, need a strong next couple weeks before Easter. Can still hit my mini goal of 165 before Easter(started at 190). Let’s do it.

Today 238/220/205. Still 6'4
Waist 37.5

Still moving in the right direction. And am still amazed that at 50+ years old can still build muscle by lifting heavy.

I do need some suggestions for mid-day snacks. Almonds are getting boring.

I prefer eating some type of meat as a snack.

HEB has 99/1 ground turkey for $3.99 a pound. I season it up and make it into four patties then cook them either on the grill or in a cast iron skillet.

28 grams of protein and approximately 120 calories.

Just be aware that it can be dry as frick if you don't cook it right. The lack of fat is great because of the added protein, but man it can be bland as shite.

Checking back in after a bit of a hiatus.

March started well but ended very poorly, it started with St. Paddy's Day and NCAA Tourney mixed in with my birthday along with family coming to town for a visit.

I have a little over two months in order to drop that 20 lbs of body fat but I feel it is very possible to get it done by sticking with the diet.

April Scan:

Scan results encompass from 1/13 - 4/5

Body weight 222.2-215.5
Smm 102.4 -105.2
Bfm 45.6 - 36.9
Bf % 20.6 - 17.2

I’ve had flu like symptoms the last few days , so my weight and muscle mass are prob not super correct. My previous scan had my muscle mass over 107lbs and this scan shows some lack of hydration. Anyway, still trending in the right direction.

Well my 2nd son is here We're in survival mode, he just came home on Friday. Between the Ozempic and my entire life schedule off kilter, I haven't been eating very much the last 4 or so days. It's unlike me, but I guess the Ozempic is keeping my hunger at bay.

Had to go buy some new smaller jeans and shorts today! And I got a nice compliment from a nice lady about how my arms and shoulders are looking. So I got that going for me

190 / 165 / 150

Weighed in this morning and pleasantly surprised that I’ve hit my mini goal of 165 before Easter. Diet has been solid but haven’t been doing as much cardio and lifting as I’d like. Energy level is incredible compared to when I started this journey. Have a great Easter but keep things in moderation baws.
