I just started back counting cals last week. Got back up to 200 with Mardi Gras eating and drinking. I can usually drop back to 185 quickly but want to try to go lower!

Gave up the booze for lent so that should help.

Down 13 lbs since March 6

Amazing what no cokes or fast food and a simple cardio and ab work will do

I hope the shape comes soon as in losing the bulge

Well, the weight I posted the other day must have been wrong. I saw 239 on the scale this morning! I know I am not dehydrated, so it must be real.

I tried on my suit from when I got married 10 years ago, and it was loose on me. Great feeling. Keep it up everyone.

I almost caved today. They were drinking cokes all around me and I just stayed with ice tea

But I did hammer some Tacos and Guacamole

Rest day

But my old workout motivator was at gym yesterday. Maybe I’ll have extra motivation to keep on

Great job. I caved on beer a few weeks ago, and it’s hard to make myself stop again. What’s one? What’s 10 in a week? It’s a slippery slope. Stay strong

The wife has been wanting to go keto again for a while, at least for a changeup. Her sister BIL, and dad all do keto too and so it's honestly easier for us to just follow along.

So.. to avoid having to meal prep two very different diets, to show support, and just for a changeup I'll be doing keto again for a while. Not sure how long. But I am going to bump my calories back up after May 4 and go through a 6-8 week maintenance still.

I've been drinking more lately - I made it a good 3.5 months and it felt great. Probably lesson the alcohol again in April & May.

Last week I started the week at 261. I between the vacation and then proceeding to eat out a bunch, I was getting up to 267 even though I tried my best to log accurate macros. Reeled it back in when I started keto, eating home cooked food. 261.5 this morning.

Went to a wedding today. Went into the wedding with about 1000 calories. Didn't drink, stuck to keto foods. Logged as best I could.

They had a surprising amount of keto-friendly food. Brisket, grilled chicken, roasted veggies with cheese, a salad station, assortment of cheeses (goat cheese pimento ), and deli meats

How often are you cycling? I'm assuming it's a stationary bike.
