Been craving some pizza so I made some at work today for lunch. It's a twist on fathead dough. I just used mozzarella cheese, egg, and parmesan. It was pretty good but I fought hell getting it off that foil even though I lubed it up with some olive oil. Note to self... buy some parchment paper.

soon...

It's still a work in progress. I've added a few more things since that pic but there's still plenty of room left.

I've seen that barn before, looks great.

Felt like a weak doll coming home from work. Warmed up anyway and increased the DL today. I think I mentioned on my last lift foot cramps came in to play - not today. I felt totally fine and adapted.

Still meat, eggs, and the like. I was on ground beef most of the past week and really craved a steak. So I spent $$$ for a whole ribeye and got 14 1+ pound steaks out of it. Having a large freezer definitely helps store this amount of food.

1 16lbs ribeye
6 lbs ground beef
3lbs jimmy dean sausage
2 packages of 3lbs bacon
a (*#@ton of eggs

Ok, so maybe I don't really remember if it was 16 or 17 pounds of ribeyes.

Still knocking the WOE out. Beef, eggs, bacon, sausage. I went to one large meal a day the past few days for convenience. I had two glasses of wine after the game on Sunday, one glass Monday night as I was still aggravated. Woke up Tuesday like I had 5-6 glasses so my tolerance has left me - which is good. I sleep for 6 hours last night and woke up wide awake at 3:30. I've experienced less needed sleep in the past, lets see if it continues.

How goes it?

I did my one week of maintenance and am in my 2nd week of a deficit again. I look to be about a pound from my weight prior to the maintenance week, so that's good. I'm thinking one maintenance week after two weeks of dieting might be a little too often. Thinking about doing three weeks in a deficit, then one week maintenance. My weight fluctuated significantly when I upped my calories, took a whole week for the bloat to go away. If three weeks still feels off, I may move to 4/2. We'll see. In any case my macros have been on point, she the majority of my intake is coming from whole foods. I'm on track.

My weight this morning was 263.0. onward and downward!

Still knocking it down. I haven't been near the 3k calories I want to, but no cheats. Fat is coming off and I'm leaning out. Starting out I knew this would be a slow process. There isn't anything to report of note.

Have gone from 217 to 210 while raising my calories to 1900 a day. Definitely happier being able to eat more.

Started the year around 255. This morning I was at 242. I've been waking up early some days and rucking and hitting the barn gym 3 to 5 times a week. Feeling much better overall.

I should have done this.

I guess last night I hit a wall that I've been feeling for the past 4-5 days. The fat wall. I had about 5 bites of fatty ribeye and instantly got nauseous. I ended up cutting off the fattier portions and eating the lean out . I probably should have known, I downed 2 pounds of chicken breast for lunch the other day and didn't even blink. My body wants protein.

260.4 this morning. Tomorrow is my last day for this week cycle.. it'd feel pretty awesome if I saw 259.9.

Well no such luck on 259.9. 260.8. that puts my weekly average at 262.8, for a loss of 1.3lb. right on track. I started this at 2200 cals in December 29, and I haven't had to deviate from that in fat loss mode yet. Feels good.

I'll do a maintenance week next week. Right on time with a trip to New Orleans planned tomorrow.

Thats awesome dude. Should be about 235 by the time football season rolls around. prolly 225 by the end of the year(assuming you have setbacks during football cause we are going to be kick arse next year)

What is your ultimate goal?
