Ridiculous strength levels aside, what are we saying then?
Press should be 50% of bench at least? 60%? 70%?

I don't know that there is a hard fast rule for bench to OHP. Usually if you train one, the other isn't trained as hard.
I feel at 200lbs a good/intermediate lifter should be able to get at least 300lbs bench and 225lbs OHP without training for a powerlifting meet.
So maybe 1.5 for Bench and 1.15 for OHP?
Most people around that weight that can't even get 135 OHP have very poor technique or very new to lifting.
I always hated the multiplier for weights though. It ALWAYS favors the lighter lifter.

Haha I don't care if you are on juice or not 1.5 x be in the press is stupid unless you are an elite lifter.
I hit BW on OHP when I was training it hard. I think 195 at a 185 BW is the best I ever hit.
Strict pressing 1.5 time BW...you're ready to be competitive on a state level in strongman with that number.

Ive seen somewhere a good general goal for the average noncompetative lifter for 1rm bench is 2x body weight and 1 rm press is 1.5x body weight.
That’s elite.

Exactly. That's elite of the elite usually.
Despite what the standards might say, 95% of people will never hit a bw press. A BW press would be considered advanced and BW for 5 reps would be really close to being elite. 1.5 is elite period.

Most I’ve ever gotten is 1.15x BW on strict OH press and 1.325x on a push press.

My bad, guess i need to recheck the source. Ratio of 1.5 to 2 might stil be helpful for op, regardless of bodyweight as a multiplier.
