I was going to do either his latest post, the barbell free strength one or the St. Paddy's day one this morning. But I slept like shite I rolled out of bed and came to work . I am going to do one this afternoon.

I think I'm going with Pot of Swole but the warmup from BB Free Strength.

I realized that I made my day a lot harder than it needed to be. Squat rack and Smith machine were both occupied so I went out of order this morning. I did 50-65% 10x5 deadlifts instead of RDLs; wasn't paying attention. Then had to follow it up with 70% 5x5 squats. I'm definitely beat.

Jose you heard the news that someone is buying WOCO and looking to make more into a gym geared toward weightlifting?

Plans on getting rid of some cardio equipment, but they would have to get rid of the Les Mills room to actually put more equipment in that place.

No I have not! I would love that!

They could easily make it bigger. They need to combine the spin class with a workout classroom. No need for two of those rooms. And they could easily get ride of some of the cardio equipment.

I’m alternating super squats and super deadlifts every day along with whatever arm farm tells me to do

I’m drinking a half gallon of milk during the day and usually some beef concoction at night

I think I’m getting more cut but idk

His IG post Barbell Free Strength was a doozy of a workout! 10 bench press and single rows for 10 rounds was rough. I only got 4 rounds on the AMRAP.

12x4 RFESS are not fun in the least bit.

I like RFESS when it’s low reps. 12 hurts with body weight.

1 day left!

Absolutely everything felt heavy today. This may be a dumb questions, but is fatigue expected in the last week of PPSA programs? My only program previously was Grasshopper.

Ok, this makes me feel better. My weight has been pretty stagnant even though I cleaned up my diet. So I started actually counting calories and macros this week. Surprisingly, I haven't really been hungry. I've been eating clean healthy snacks periodically and making sure I drink water regularly. I wasn't sure if the fatigue was from being in the last week of a 5 day program or if I'm cutting too many calories.

3-day average is 2100 calories, 156g carbs (30%), 89g fat (40%), and 165g protein (30%)
37yo, 5'9", 241

This might be a better question for one of the other threads, but figured I'd throw it in here first.

I wish I was better able at tracking my macros like this.
