Moving to week 5 of grasshopper tomorrow. Had an absolute blast the first 4 weeks. Just wanted another day of lifting. Which I’ll now get with 4 lifts per week.

Body/mindset is definitely changing.

Awesome man. Glad you are enjoying it. Keep it up.

Can the DB program be done in a hotel gym? Doesn't require a barbell at all?

Started Silverback last week. Loving it so far.

Used to be on a chest/bis/tris, back, and leg rotation that got monotonous. The focus on squats and deads are a game changer.

Looking forward to the next program. Not sure what, but it’ll be PPSA.

Is the PPSA “Eatin Think” anything groundbreaking?

I haven’t read it, but I’m going to go out on a limb and say he says eat lots of protein. Lol. I’m getting 300 grams a day with2700-2900 total. I’m scaling back to lean out, but will still get 300+ grams a day

Hey man I saw you posted on a different thread about emailing some of these programs? Would you be willing to send me a few to try out? Thanks!

Hey man Aaron specifically asked we not share these. They are only 20 and are great programs. Throw the man a bone.

Pretty much. Lots of eggs, red meat, chicken thighs and sloppy Joe's

I'm not gonna share Aaron's but greyskulls swole books are similar.

I'm just realizing this...are most of the plans 4 weeks? Grasshopper is 8.

Silverback looks like it could be similar to Grasshopper so I may go into that one next.

Grasshopper is legit but the workouts are somewhat long.

Has anyone done 21 to Party?
