just skip any days you are gone.

it would start 11/1 which is a tuesday. we would do tuesday-friday that week

then we would switch to m/t & t/f after that for 2 weeks.

week of thanksgiving would be m/t only. off until the next monday the 28th and 29th. then start deadcember on the 1st.

would give everyone a day off before deadcember. gives everyone off wed-sun for thanksgiving for any traveling going on.

really only hard week will be week 1 because it will be condensed.

Just got back consistent about 2 months ago, 5 days per week running U, L, PPL solo.

Interested in hopping on arm farm.

So far I have completed Pool Season 2, Dr. Jacked, and Elbow Meat since July 1st. I am currently on day 3 of pump city.. I have dropped from 210 to 199 at 6’ over 3 months (no dieting just a few less pizzas and not much fast food) while increasing on my lift max by 5-10 lbs per month for each lift (ex: bench every day max from 260 to 280 over 3 months). I did not have a serious workout plan for about a couple of years though. Prior to this I would do hypertrophy 5 day splits a few weeks on and off. I say the printed and set plan helps me stay motivated and on schedule. I cannot recommend these plans more.

What I did like so far about these workout is they tend to have a shrug, rear felt raise, face pull or some other trap/rear felt exercise in every workout. This is something I feel is lacking in most workout plans.

Elbow meat - The first week my wrists joints were sore from the 90 degree twists, but by the end of the program my forearms are definitely stronger and “meatier”.

Why doesn’t hyper-trophy get more love? It looks like the perfect program to follow after something like squatober or deadcember

The remastered is pretty new. We may make that the program party for Jan, I dunno, will have to put it to a vote.

As far as why we chose arm farm, it’s November which means brovember and nothing says bro like a good month of focusing on arms.

Have you done both Benchamin Franklin and All I want for Christmas is a Big Bench?

I'm thinking I may go with this schedule:
November, Arm Farm
December, Deadcember
January, The Seesaw
February, Benchamin Franklin
March, leg heavy...maybe Squatober again.
April, Pool Season

That would get me through the next 6 months.

I would imagine Christmas would be better as it’s newer and 5 days.

Rest looks fine

I’m in for whatever y’all pick. I like the community aspect and don’t really have any specific needs as far as a problem goes. I’m sure I can make progress with all of them.

Good instructional video I found helping teach how to share the equipment in a busy gym. might be a little NSFW.

for those asking about the difference between peachy and house of rising buns

peachy is more strength focused where he house of the rising buns is more volume oriented and is all supersetted.

House of the Rising Buns was one of my favorite programs. I loved the supersets.
