I did the first 2 days of the dumbbell program after we got electricity back from the storm. I couldn’t walk right for 4 days.

haha yea i honestly think it might be one of, if not the hardest program he has. The fricking split squats alone are killer.

When you guys finish a program, do you max out again for a new program or just increase max by 5 for bench and 10 for legs and start a new one?

I think the best way is your 2nd option. Just add a couple pounds to your training max.

Yep, add 5lbs for upper body lifts, 10lbs for lower to TRAINING MAX.

Maybe next year, squatober was logistically tough to do 5 days a week without my home gym.

I’m doing mass that lasts. Pretty good one. Squats twice a week and pretty high percentages so might be good for after Squatober.
