Starting the final week of Hyper-Trophy, have enjoyed it

I have the guideline, but is there a general consensus on flowing through different programs? Just take a week off and pick a new one, or right into whatever you fancy?

I think the general consensus is either flow into a new one or reset the current one but add 5 to 10 pounds to your estimated maxes.

Flow right in or redo the same one adding weight to your training max. All Aaron said was watch running the 5day + programs too many times in a row.

Personally I feel all the programs should be run atleast twice. If it's 3 or 4 day, I feel 3 times for a total of 12 weeks KS the right way.

If over 35 or if you have significant time under the bar....take a deload week after every 4th week.

If you run a Delgado week every 4th or at max every 8th and use a lower training max of either 80 or 85% then you can even run the 5 day programs for however long you like.

Gonna run my version of greyskull lp until then since this week is the first week I have had a barbell on my back since March 2020.

yes sir. honestly all of them work for females but the lower body focused ones are the ones they usually respond to. oh and the ones that are back focused.

she would prolly like db strength too.

I might have missed it, but did you ever send that training certification info? I emailed you a couple weeks ago about it.

He has been posting the teasers on Instagram stories

Looks like a lot of the new stuff leans on heavy carries.
