That’s ridiculous. I’m seeing $299/ $399 a month advertised for the compound.
Posted on 10/6/24 at 3:18 pm to Lsupimp
Not terrible. I would’ve gladly paid that in the beginning before knowing about other routes. Well worth it IMO

Eli Lilly has apparently made zepbound available in vial form directly through them:
What are your thoughts?

Under the new pricing plan, a month’s supply of the lowest dose, 2.5 milligrams, will cost $399, while a month’s supply of the 5 mg dose will cost $549. That’s down from a monthly list price of $1,059, regardless of the dosage
What are your thoughts?

Personal preference. I’d pay those prices to Eli Lilly before going to a compound pharmacy which would be pretty similar in price.
But my first choice would be the research peptide route but I understand if someone doesn’t fully trust that route. I’ve been around them long enough to fully trust it. Myself and lots of people I know have done very well using them.

Regarding the obesity epidemic:
At current prices, UBO (universal basic ozempic) is not an option. Maybe in the future when prices are far lower it can be re-evaluated.
My solution to the obesity epidemic is to tie insurance premiums and deductibles to body fat %. The cost of my program is low (in comparison to UBO) and will be effective.

Will all this stuff with the shortage/non shortage/compounding pharmacy etc affect the gray market peptide and self compounding world? Asking for a friend.

Nah. China doesn’t give a shite about FDA shortage lists

check with a local urgent care or med spa. my wife works at an urgent care and they offer sema or tirz for 500+/mo, depending on dose. place is kinda uppity, so could be cheaper elsewhere.

Royal Research has 11mg Tirz for $219.99 and 11mg Semaglutide for $216.99

God dang that's what I pay for 20 weeks of ozempic for my wife. Well$150 After shipping
She might switch over to retatrutide and try it. It's still not available in the usa yet. But my source has this drug, it is a little more expensive that tirzepatide/monjuro and semaglutide/ozempic. She didnt care for the monjuro.
She has lost 80lbs since she started taking the stuff

Do you just place your order from them? No DR script needed?
Posted on 10/10/24 at 4:07 pm to slapahoe
Yes you don’t need a script. You pay them through Zelle

It kill’s me to watch yall pay those prices. If yall want to stay domestic, I’d go with Polaris. He’s a good guy with solid tested products
LINK
But there’s some absolutely insane deals through QSC right now.

Seven month update. Still on the weekly shot, 10mg. Lost a total of around 55 lbs. I plateaued out around 210 for the last 3 months. Been off Metformin now for 5+ months. My last two A1c checks were 5.7. The doctor cut all my other meds in half and still plan taking me off them in two months. My blood pressure averages around 115/85 (down from 145/95 six months ago).
Happy to hear you are getting off several other meds, extending your life expectancy, and increasing the quality of your remaining time. Congrats on successfully treating your disease! Keep at it. Exercise. Eat well. Live well!

Guess I'm super naive but I always assumed something like mounjaro/ozempic could not be purchased legally online without scripts
Is it as easy as add to cart, pay and wait for delivery at home? Postal Service won't have issue with passing this through?

quote:Right. But you can buy semaglutide & tirzepatide research peptides online all day. For research of course.

For research purposes of course, peptides from say the link above, are just as effective as the ones from dr offices?

Posted on 10/11/24 at 10:37 am to slapahoe
Yessir. A peptides a pretty simple thing to replicate apparently. Way beyond my pay grade.

So lyphophilized powder? So one would need to also purchase the reconstitution solution? Then mix it? ok, didn't know this wouldn't even know where to begin.
