6.7 in light rain this morning. Was pretty refreshing. May go back out for a few in the real rain this evening.

Light workout this AM. Movement Vault plus some light weights and mobility stuff.

I'll get 9 in tonight in the rain. Got the trail shoes ready to go and a hill route laid out. Take Friday off and have a 5K on Saturday.

I'll do some tune up 5ks and 10ks to make sure I'm in the ballpark.

I liked doing long run workouts for tune ups too. 2 x 4 mile at goal pace was a fun one.

2 year old woke up at 1am last night and proceeded to vomit for 3 1/2 hours. I was getting over a cold but after only 3 hours of sleep last night I think the virus stuck around just long enough for my body to me compromised.

Chills and aches, yay! I think am tempted to give up this endurance running thing while I've got little ones, this is just dumb

I had just started getting back into it again then came down with something. Since my girl was born it’s a been a cycle with either me her or mom dealing with something. Very depleating

My kids are 26 and 24 so I get to run and workout anytime around my 8-5 job.

Did 9 miles tonight. Hills and zone 2 don’t mix. 700’ of climb tonight and did a progressive run. Finished strong with a nice full sprint for about 1/2 mile.

Take tomorrow off and do some mobility and light weight workout. 5K on Saturday.

Was supposed to do Ironman 70.3 Augusta Sunday. Got cancelled. Was aiming for a 1:26 half marathon off the bike

Just going to have to channel it to Ironman Florida on November 2. Went 3:29 off the bike at Lake Placid in July. Hoping to break 3:20 at Florida

Two small bricks back to back yesterday and today. Sprint tri in 2 weeks. Goal is 1:40 for 600m swim, 21 mile bike, 5k. I’m not sure I’m ready, yet.

Couldn't get to pine mountain today, so I got in 24 miles around town this morning.

Ran 3 easy this AM at a 12/mile pace.

Ran a 5K at a 7:10/mile pace. Beat my PR for this race by a couple of secs per mile. First in my age group.

Free beer from Tallulah Brewing. Easy 1 mile run back to the truck.

I need to get a coach or something. I REALLY want a sub 7 time.

FYI: I ordered some Offfield gummies today. 3mg THC, 40mg CBD, 10mg CBG, 10mg Caffiene. Will report back

Ok, reporting back.

I rate them like a 6/10 as of now. Serving size is 2 gummies and one serving has specs as I posted above. So 1.5mg THC per gummy. It was around $50 shipped for 3 bags, I think 18 servings total - kind of pricey but not quite a dealbreaker.

Yesterday, I took one gummy 30 minutes before my run and the other 15 minutes before my run. Run felt pretty normal maybe until mile 3 or 4 and I noticed a little more focus and internal dialogue Never felt “high” or anything of the sort. I will say I was really banged up/sore before the run and I do think the gummies had a part in making the run less miserable.

As of this post, I don’t know that I’d buy again. Next week I’m going to try 3 gummies and see how that goes. Could flip my opinion.

Backed up the 24 yesterday with 16* today. Solid 40 mile weekend.

*Technically more of a shuffle than actual run today

Hour of zone 2 today with a core workout after. Changed it up and did an hour of hills with the weighted vest on the treadmill at the gym.
