That’s awesome! London just seems like it would be such a dope experience.
And BA sorry for your loss. That being said I feel you as well
I keep telling myself to not let the forecast get in my head but good lord if it isn’t making my butt pucker a bit

Pedro, have you ever ran the OKCMM before?

What app is that tracking intervals, and do you have to set them up or does it detect what you're doing off your smart watch or something?

If you're in the middle of a run and hit the back button, it will reset your interval. So whatever distance you're at, it restarts your interval clock and counts what you just did as a "lap." I don't know if Garmin has a feature to cut off your interval at a specific distance. Maybe the higher end ones do.

You can load workouts into your watch from the Garmin Connect app that allow custom intervals. I don't think the watch itself can do anything besides an auto lap at 1km or 1mi intervals.
Baby is here as of last week so 0 running for me.

I hate even saying it, but it is so much easier to hit HR zones on the treadmill........ Did 4 miles of zone 2 this AM at the gym. Felt good to get up and go in the morning. Been a while since I've done that. Gym bag in the truck. Hitting the weights this evening. Gonna try to balance both.

As the others have said you set it up in your Garmin Connect app - Training and Planning > Workout
ETA: 4 Miles at Marathon Pace for me today
Funeral is going to be Thursday (it's not anyone I know, but I told my pastor I would help because it's the mother of a friend) so marathon is still on...

You just need a treadmill with a view. Gym at our new home in Bozeman. Bridger Mountains in the background are 10 min car ride away.

Behind my house looks like this:
My ultimate goal is to build a sunroom where the porch is and make it my workout room (I already have a stair stepper and treadmill just need more).
but $$$

3 miles in zone 2 followed by 3.5 at threshold. Then, pizza and beer.

Is the deer a common occurrence? Looks like you need a stand out there if so

I was going to say you might be better off posting your Strava account with privacy settings maxed out.

Do I have a 6min/mi in me?
Mid 40s. I ran 6:25 in my first mile off a 22:00ish 5K last December . That was around mostly 25mi/wk on the treadmill.
I'm out of shape again right now, but hope to run an all out 6min/mi by December when I'll run the 5Ks again.

Meh I’m pretty open with personal info on here. If people want to know who I am it’s not hard to figure out

I mean, I'm the same way, this group I'm ok with knowing who I am. I post enough info about my runs for almost anyone with 30 seconds could figure out who I am.
I mean, I know who Aubie is just from his post about his races.
---------------------
So on topic a bit, I'm doing a full taper this time since I have no expectations, we shall see how I feel Saturday - 6 miles last Friday, 4 Miles Monday, and only 2 miles on Friday this week. I'll be VERY fresh
