Odd craving for milk

Started doing two-a-days and some three-a-days (grappling, weights, and running) recently. The last two weeks I’ve had a day or two where I get home at night and I could just chug some cold milk down. Is that odd/normal?

I don’t know but I read in a book that the ability to digest lactose is the genetic abnormality and not the inability to like we think.

Good source of protein, fats and calcium. You may also be thirsty. Make sure you drink enough water.

No. I feel like tens if not hundreds of millions of other people also enjoy cold milk.

Cold RAW milk if incredible tasting and does a body good (Post workout)

Water is definitely not the issue. I drink at least a gallon a day, if not a bit more. Probably the protein/nutrients I’m craving/needing; thanks guys!

That's a crazy amount of milk to drink in one day, every day. I enjoy ice cold milk as much as the next guy (apparently not), but I'm usually about a 32 ounce a day max. Some days I don't drink any.

I have fresh goat milk daily you want some? I love it and think it taste better then store cow milk
