I’ve been running a lot more. Started with 1 mile a day, then 1.50, then quickly ramped it up to 2.0

I felt good yesterday boosting past 2 and set my goal today of 3.1 miles

I gained about 5 LBs due to sweat on my clothes, but it felt damn good. Managed to average a 10 minute pace after only doing this for a month

That's great, man. You gotta start somewhere. Keep it up, and create yourself a lifestyle!

I know it’s not much, but it’s a start. A desk job really does ruin you

Yep. Wish I had gone a different route career wise, but a little late for that now.

It's ok to give yourself some credit, baw. It's a pretty big deal. You're doing a lot more than most. Congrats!

Running is the only exercise I care to do nowadays

I hate lifting weights but I can run everyday of the week. Feels like it also helps me mentally

I can't run anymore so I walk. 16-17 minute miles, 3 miles a day. I definitely feel better and rarely miss a day.

Running every day created imbalances for me which lead to pain. There's a balance between weights and running that's important. My most important days to my running are my days at the gym.
