For those who use it.
What is your go to
I used the Soflete the last few months but i feel like its time to change it up.
So far ive got it narrowed down to Onnit's brand and transparent labs.

It's hard to find a nonstim pwo worth a shite. Most of them don't dose appropriately. That is true amongst stim pwo also.. they just hide behind their caffeine content.

the stuff i uses now i got good pumps and the first month i noticed it helped with conditioning but now i just feel flat on it
Im leaning towards Onnit just bc I know how good of a product ill be getting.

Doing a little digging in on Onnits stuff.. they don't clearly label dosages of any of the supplements that have actually been shown to make a significant difference. That is a red flag to me. Their website lists studies but the only supplements to really show significant performance increased are caffeine, beta-alanine, and l-citrulline malate. Others may have some minor effects but are probably mostly a waste of your time and money.

I’ve never used it but I’ve heard good things about the ghost pump pwo. It’s stimulant free and I use the legend pwo and like it a lot. They make really good products so I’d imagine this one is too.

I checked into it when they took it off their website, they aren't going to be making it anymore.
I switch between working nights and days every two weeks so having a non simulant pwo is nice when I want to workout when my schedule is night shift. I'm going to look into these other options posted, thanks fellas.

This is gospel. That's why I buy raw, bulk supps and portion them. The prepackaged stuff with "proprietary blends" means you get 5% underdosed active ingredient, 95% goat dung and a buttload of caffeine, plus something to make you itch so you feel like it works.

A guy in my unit said he didn't really like the Onnit stuff and he usually swears by everythign Onnit

Dr. Jekyll is nuts. I love it. It's lower on the caffeine (100mg) scoop but the other stuff is high. Great workout and pump.

So it finally got here
Def got the tingles but didn’t have to run straight to the shitter
Good focus and good as pump
Also didn’t send my heart rate through the roof when doing a CrossFit WOD after lifting
