Bumping this question
quote:

I’m able to get a 10 mL vial. I’m doing IM injections. Is heating and reheating this up over the course of 4 months (16 injections, once per week) ok as far as it staying good?

Or, is heating it up necessary if going the IM route, and if not what needle size should be used to draw and inject?

Aldo just checked GoodRx. A few months ago I got ten 1mL vials for around $60. Now it’s almost $150. Anybody’s why?

everyone should be taking minimum of 5mg Cialis daily for blood flow.

Gave me a bad headache and terrible heartburn which I never get.

Heating it up won’t damage it, you’re fine. Just don’t using too big of a needle to draw up and bore it out.

Not completely necessary but makes for a much more enjoyable injection. I get way less PIP if I toss my vial on a candle warmer while I shower and inject afterwards. Goes in like buttah.

Prices can vary but check other locations. But it can be a pain to keep transferring prescriptions around especially when it’s a big bad controlled drug like testosterone.

Isn't that for people with ED and need the blood flow? What if you don't have ED and take that stuff?

May be a dumb question but I'm not familiar with these meds outside of the ED treatment.

Better BP, better blood flow in gym (not just to the root), and much better bedroom productivity. I take 5mg a day and sometimes 10 on the weekends or date night.

I'll be coming off of TRT soon to get my wife knocked up. What are the best OTC test boosters?

I've already started clomid. Any suggestions?

Clomid will be your best option for that I would think. Whoever is prescribing can maybe add on HCG. Supplement wise, VitD3, zinc, and mag.

only thing ill say about this....watch your pressure when injecting. Its better heated for less pip but if you inject really fast, can cause pip. So heat and keep pressure low and steady

as far as damage, not heating hot enough to damage or degrade the oil.

yes but the 5mg is not really for ED. Its just a health supplement imo. its great for overall health

In conclusion, tadalafil and sildenafil use in erectile dysfunction patients reduced mortality, cardiovascular disease, and dementia risks, with tadalafil providing more benefits. Tadalafil also conferred similar benefits to patients with lower urinary tract symptoms.
LINK

this is only one study, have a bunch more out there showing it helps with pretty much every function of the body and significantly lowers all cause mortality.

Fitomics
I've been eyeing this lately to begin doing some labs on my own. Outside of generic bloodwork annually from my PCP, and the bloodwork drawn for test, I really have never had a deep dive into bloodwork for myself. I was wondering if there would be any benefit in doing that Advanced Male Healthspan Panel

It includes the following:

Lipid Profile with Non-HDL Cholesterol (includes VLDL calculation)
Apolipoprotein B
ADMA/SDMA
Thyroglobulin Antibodies
Creatine Kinase
Cystatin C
Fibrinogen Activity
Homocyst(e)ine
Lp-PLA2 Activity
Magnesium (RBC)
Non-HDL-C
NT-proBNP
OmegaCheck(TM) (EPA+DPA+DHA)
rT3 (Reverse T3)
Total Bilirubin
Uric acid
Vitamin B12 and Folate
Free, Total Testosterone (LC/MS)
Estradiol, Sensitive / Ultrasensitive (LC/MS)
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)
Progesterone
Prolactin
Cortisol
Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulfate (DHEA-S)
Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA)
TSH
Free T4
Free T3
Insulin-Like Growth Factor I (IGF-1)
Lipoprotein(a)
Complete Blood Count w/ Differential
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Insulin
HbA1c
?-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT)
Creatinine w/ eGFR
Vitamin D, 25-OHD (25-Hydroxy)
Iron+TIBC
Ferritin
C-Reactive Protein, High Sensitivity (hsCRP)

Pricey at $590 but I feel like this could be a once a decade type thing

That’s allot of shite I can’t imagine what that would cost at a regular priced lab.

prob excessive but It definitely can’t hurt … There’s stuff on that list I want to get drawn this year. You can also pay a fee and have their Doc go over the results with you if you had questions about some results.

i always recommend LINK one 1-2x per year. doesnt have to be through marek, nor do you need the phone call to discuss, but those test should be done imo.

I've been reading about this recently and am very close to starting 5mg everyday or every other day. You are right about the overall health benefits as evidence seems to point to benefit(s) whether someone 'needs' it or not.

That is steep - have you found things from that in which you had to address?

not really. Im a little overboard on that kind of stuff as I like to get a baseline plus my insurance covers it so easy for me to say do this.

at a minimum though should hit the big things for sure and if you have good insurance ask the doctor to run everything listed in that panel 1x per year as a pre caution.

After y'all inject, do you get a tiny bit of leakage once you pull out the needle? It didn't happen for the first month or so once I started the TRT injections. For some reason, it's started to do it over the past week or so.

Just a tiny amount.
