test cyp? I haven't tried my delts yet. Usually go in to the arse cheek but need to rotate. I tried pinning my belly but it left some big arse lumps for a week or two. 27 g 1/2"

I rotate daily between everywhere shown here.

i cant do subq because i get welps and bruises now, used to not, but do now. So i rotate the test shots between 2 spots on the quads, the glutes, the ventri glute and sometimes shoulders but that is rare as I get PIP there.

A few weeks in on the trt and having some side effects
It’s like my body doesn’t feel cool. I have my bedroom like a meat locker and even with my top half not covered I am hot. Not sweating or anything but it’s like I can’t tell I am in a very cold room.
Also having issue sleeping well. Waking up a lot and not getting a full nights rest. May be due to the above.
Another thing I noticed is my appetite is increasing.
I may run some labs next week just to check and see what my hormones look like.

My immediate guess is that you have higher estrogen right now. This first few months of TRT is is kind of a “test” and hopefully your provider will get you dialed in. Are you injecting Testosterone? How much? How often?
Are you taking any other supplements or prescriptions?

Only other thing I am taking is boron 12mg per day

Make sure boron is in the morning
Prolly estrogen levels little higher but the being hot indicates high metabolism so enjoy it

Has anyone had a lymph node swell up after a shot? Not sure if it’s related but lymph node in my right armpit was swollen yesterday and a little tender to the touch.
Is it possible that I maybe injected in a vein or something and causing these issues I have seen?
I did bloodwork yesterday interested to see what everything looks like.

For all yall doing IM injections, always aspirate (pull back on the plunger) before you inject. Just to make sure you are not in a vein. If yer in a vein you'll know it when you aspirate because there will be mucho blood-o in the syringe-o. If yer just in the muscle, you'll get a slight pink tinge maybe, but usually nothing and you'll feel resistance as you try to pull back(usually). If yer in a vein you'll have little to no resistance and again ..mucho blood-o. Don't inject yer test intravenously, I'm pretty sure it won't be optimal for your therapeutic goals.

That’s old school, they don’t even teach medical professionals to aspirate anymore

I don’t think I’ve aspirated an IM injection once in my 18 years of nursing.
Stick it n rip it

(Sorry for the novel, I'm trapped at the airport in Tokyo bored outta my mind. Just wanna firmly insert needles into human flesh and take their blood out, I'm a nurse, its what i do!)
Not surprised at all to hear you say that Uncle. I've been a nurse about the same amount of time and I always aspirate. But I don't think I've ever received an IM injection by anyone (all who were lnurses) that aspirated. So it's probably more common practice not to aspirate, but I feel differently about the matter.
I also can't speak to what is currently being taught to "medical professionals" because I graduated from nursing school 20 years ago, I was taught to aspirate then. None of the continuing education I've done since or the facility policies I've reviewed covering IM injections have NOT included aspiration as one of the steps. So I continue to aspirate.
However, I've worked at dozens of hospitals in several different states and I'm never surprised to run into a place where everything is different. I've seen things in Los Angeles that would be called malpractice in Texas, and vice versa. But nobody is wrong, there's just different ways to do things. Different equipment, methods, policies, beliefs, etc. I've never practiced in Louisiana or anywhere in the south(pay rates are shite, patient population sounds horrible)!, so maybe yall do it differently down there, I will continue to aspirate and I recommend everyone else do the same. But I'm not gonna force my ways on others, just recommend.
I'm kinda a hardass about tiny things, lots of them are meaningless in the grand scheme of things, but I have my beliefs about things that are "best practice" and I do them because I believe they lead to better outcomes.

I feel a little better but I find myself feeling fatigued about 1-2 days before my next dosage
I feel more dialed in after this increase however

Still waiting for my labs should have tomorrow I would think. I’ve noticed more redness on my body especially under my eyes and maybe a little more puffiness like I didn’t get good sleep. I feel like I have more energy and feel good. Interested to see what the labs look like.
