What did you do this morning, and what time?

5am workout for me.

Upper body Circuit (5 Sets) - Incline Bench, Side Lateral Raises, bent over row, barbell curls, Overhead tricep extension.
4 mph walk on the treadmill for 2 min between each circuit set.

I wish I could make myself workout in the morning. Getting motivated at 3am is difficult

Just can't do it. It takes me until noon to fully come to my senses.

Love working out in the morning, I always assume I’ve already done more before than most will do all day by 6am

Got to the gym @ 0530.

It’s a Monday and that means International Chest Day.

Flat Dumbbell Bench. 2 Warmup Sets, 3 Working Sets up to 140#’s for 6.

Incline Barbell Bench. 1 Warmup Set, 4 Working Sets up to 315 for 3.

Decline Pushups on a ball. Just kinda wing this. Try to do 50, then 40, 30, and then like 20.

Cable Fly. 4 Sets.

Weighted Dips until I can’t do anymore

0500 - 0620 M-F here. I love working out in the AM because it is the most convenient for me. There aren't any distractions for me when everyone else is still sleeping. That being said, when I do have the occasional afternoon/evening workout, I can tell that I'm stronger and typically move a little better.

100%. I get out of the house most days around 4:45, and I'm back before my son is awake for school, and before the wife wakes up.

My biological clock is set, and I could probably wake up unassisted at 4:30.

5:30am for me.

Once it gets warmer, I'll probably move my running to that time and get in the gym in the afternoons.

That's got to be the worst part about morning workouts this time of year. Going from the truck to the gym in cold/rainy weather. lol

Mornings are when I have the most energy and the gym less packed

But 2pm I’m dragging and don’t feel like fighting with the crowds
