Im 44, was a trainer in my 20s, for several years I paid no attention to my health, been back at it for several months now, wanted to put my daily routine on here to see if anyone sees something I'm missing. In the morning I take a mix of electrolytes, caffeine, beet root powder, 15 MG of boron, vitamin C. My breakfast is muscle milk, a little oikos pro yogurt, 5 grams of collagen peptides, 5-7 grams Creatine, oatmeal, 2 mandarins and a banana. On workout days(3-4x week) i have 5 more grams of Creatine and collagen powder post workout .....A couple things I have trouble with is sleeping soundly and alot of joint pain in the elbow. Doc gave me meloxicam for the joint pain. I do take melatonin 10 milligrams of melatonin. Oh and im on TRT, bout 125 mg/week. Should boron be cycled, should you give your body a break to make it more effective. I'm looking for help with sleep, joint pain, and any useful over all wellness things for middle aged men that I could be missing.

5-7 grams Creatine
Why not pick one and roll with it?

I say that cause I just do the scoop and if it's a heaping scoop it's probably closer to 7. That's all

Do 10g of Creatine. There are studies that show the mental clarity and decreased "brain fog" benefits of daily creatine dosage start really at 10g. I can vouch for this added benefit.

Sounds like he already does. I’ve increased to 10g Creatine a few months ago but haven’t noticed any significant differences. Planning to continue due to the benefits often mentioned here (10g being better than 5g).

Magnesium glycinate before bed time.
A lot depends on your routine, though. Any caffeine in the afternoon? when are you administering the test?

For joint pain, ask your doctor for a tube of this:
Diclofenac Sodium Topical Gel 3%
works well for my elbows and shoulders and I only have to use small amounts of it occasionally.

I started cjc and I have never slept better. I have always been one that wakes up throughout the night constantly, I sleep through the night now.

Made a world of difference for me. I sleep like a rock since starting this.

I'm on day 8 of upping from 10g to 20g daily. Game. Changer.
