So in between cooking dinner, bread, and pumpkin pie, I managed to grind up a year supply of Reishi and Turkey Tail that I add to mint/green tea from the garden. Got me wondering if anyone else does the same...

I have shitake, oyster, and nameko growing on logs. I also have The Mushroom Cultivator downloaded from the Internet Archive but haven't used it yet. I see you can get good quality spawn on Amazon. And I use Mushrooms Demystified if I need help in the field...

It's been a long time since I had medicinal mushrooms. The last time, I got rock salt shot at me by a farmer.
