I know a couple of years ago, someone posted LSU's football S&C program on the Rant. Anyone have a link to a pdf of the program? I tried google searching, but the only helpful link was to a bodybuilding.com thread from 2009.

Damn. That's sweet.

I did find this article, it's not as in pdf form, but it's very detailed.

Anyone know what "Boxes" are, and what "Complex I" pertains to?

Stride the length of the outside of a football field, walk/jog the width, which forms a "box".

At TCU we had to do these the 3rd Monday of June every summer. 16x110 timed sprints. I'll never forget the first time I did it. Torture

I believe it is 6 hang snatches, 6 overhead snatch squats, then 6 snatch grip presses.

Correct, this is Complex I
Complex II is the same but with power clean grip instead of snatch.

Ashame. Such a good collection of programs. I went in there the other day looking for something and saw it was gone.
