And ftr, I found a copy of my drive with pretty much everything I had. I also got a lot more stuff now so it takes a long time to download. It is over half a gb. Factor in sorting, organization, and naming things and you can see why it takes a long time.

Totally understand you not wanting to share with everyone. You definitely have no obligation to. That set of videos had just been really helpful for an athlete I’ve been working with and I had only gotten partway through the information. Thanks either way.

What are you looking for specifically? LSU strength and conditioning is not what you should be running with youth.
Honestly just need to run wendlers beginner prep school if they are in highschool and have a little lifting experience then move to 531 kypteria
If younger than high school, the greyskull lp or candito lp or starting strength lp or stronglifts then move to madcow.
