Tad bit of difference no?

And with trt you aren’t taking more than a normal person would produce so if you are genetically predisposed to go bald, would speed up the process, if not wouldn’t do anything.

I was bald before I got on trt lol. My shot started falling out at 13

while not optimal you would fall into normal range of T.

What you really want to do is determine if you have the symptoms of low-t. Lack of libido, depression, lack of effort or motivation. You can easily be in range but the range, particularly low range doesn't guarantee you are at an optimal level if you don't feel right. One thing I heard recently that does ring true is testosterone doesn't supply you with effort but it makes effort feel good.

this is all true and you can also test your Free T which is much more significant. you could have normal total T levels but if free T i low than you would suffer from traditional low T signs. I dont know if that's very common though. LSU777 probably has some more info on that specifically.

Does your doctor know you are an alcoholic? Heavy drinking lowers testosterone.

Yes he knows, I've always been forthcoming about my alcoholism to my doctors. I don't really have much of the low T symptoms as of right now

Ngl I quit drinking and it’s been pretty cool. Like no more “allergies” never get runny nose and stuff now and lost a lot of weight

Everybody says how bad allergies are in Louisiana but i think it’s just all alcoholics

ETA: get you some kombucha if you feel like you gotta drink something it hits the spot

just be mindful that a lot of kombucha does have some alcohol in it. Not enough to get you drunk, but enough it could frick you on a test. if thats important to you.

just saying.

I would also like to point out the long term use of pain killers specifically opioids. Long term they can destroy your testosterone levels and affect the long term production of testosterone. It also can affect your adrenal glands and production of dopamine in your brain along with a host of other complications.

I just received my first TRT injection a few days ago. 1ML every 14 Days per Dr. orders.

When should I expect to start experience an uptick in energy, etc? I have been feeling super lethargic with no motivation to workout for quite sometime.

My Free & Bio were super low. Overall T in the low 400’s so my doc prescribed. I’m 38. 6’4 225lbs

What’s this epidemic with low T? Is it nutritional or environmental? It’s crazy how many people have low T.

See above. Find a new doctor. You should be dosing once a week minimum. 2x a week is better. Once e very two weeks you’ll be all the way back down to nothing when you take your next dose.

Low 400s isn’t bad. But if your dosing every 2 weeks you probably won’t feel a difference. If you were treating correctly it’s usually 2-3 months.
