Probably my age.. Dr visit tomorrow and my online records were updated with a hypogonadism diagnosis on Friday. I haven’t seen the updated T results, though. I’ll get them tomorrow.

My first request will be for me to get on clomid or HCG. I might do 10 weeks of T along with regular dosing of clomid during the 10 weeks; and continuing the clomid for an additional 4 weeks along with nolvadex at the end.

After the 14 weeks, I’ll retest and see if the regular clomid has corrected anything.

What’s this epidemic with low T? Is it nutritional or environmental? It’s crazy how many people have low T.

I've read where there has been a steady decrease in testosterone levels for the last several decades. A lot of the research shows increased cortisol levels due to stress and a reciprocating drop in test levels. Also poor diet leading to increased body fat and decreased muscle mass that are symptoms of low test.

Latest bloodwork saw my overall increase to 460 (from 370) and FSH and LH at 13.48 and 8.62.

I thought they were checking free T again but no results on it.

ETA: Free increased from 6.9 to 11.1

I added a bunch of things since last month: Nugenix/Alpha 365, a Boron Complex and had just started .5mg of anastrozole per day about 8 days before this bloodwork.

Seed Oils, Processed Food, lack of resistance training, lack of manual work outdoors, lack of being in sunshine...

Honestly so many things, it is hard to count them all. We are completely going against what we have evolved to be on a daily basis. Everything about being a man is being attacked daily.

Another thing is that all the symptoms were just part of aging. Now we’re monitoring, diagnosing and treating age related issues to help people feel younger, more energetic to life a happier life.

I don’t think I have the issue but I’d do everything I could to avoid HRT. That’s my personal preference and not judging anyone that does. I’d be afraid that my body would stop producing T and I’d be hooked on the injections for life. Am I wrong?

Not wrong, but if you're that low and your quality of life is shite because of it, is that really a downside?

There are things you can take to keep your body producing T naturally: Clomid, HCG, Proviron, Nolvadex, etc. Some guys will add Clomid or HCG in their cycle to help keep their body’s natural T from dropping to zero.

About 4 to 6 weeks after finishing your last dose of testosterone, you can stop the above listed, and check to see if you can maintain your natural testosterone levels 3-4 few weeks after stopping everything. The amount of daily/weekly dosing (during and post cycle) is dependent upon the individual.

Went to a clinic this week and got my results today. Test: 266, Free Test 5.3

Total bummer. I’m in good shape at 6ft 175lbs. Lift a couple times a week, box, and run.

Not sure what I want to do. Feel all the symptoms… dick ain’t what it used to be, lethargic, slightly depressed, just feel a little numb.

ETA: 35 Years old.

Are you talking about recovering from a juicing cycle? Because that’s what it sounds like. We are talking about mostly older guys with low testosterone levels. Not coming off of 800 mg a week.

One of the guys has taken clomid to fix his low T/hormonal issue. Scroll back a few pages.

And yes, if you start TRT and want to stop, you would need to take something to hopefully get your levels back to near normal.

My overall was low in the range and free was just out of range (360 & 6.9). I took a handful of things: DIM, Nugenix, a Boron Complex and .5mg Anastrozole, and my levels increased: 25% overall and 61% free.

Before starting TRT, go find a good endocrinologist and see if you can treat the problem and not just go straight to TRT.

this. sometimes there is no treatment that will work and trt is really the only way, but i highly encourage people to try over the counter treatments 1st, then serm+hcg and then if that does not work....trt.

serm + hcg is what is considered a post cycle therapy in the steroid world and is also the fertility treatment used for most men. it works to restart produciton if you are capable of being restarted.

for over teh counter

Boron for free test

t-sterone from true nutrition for total T
a-bolic from true nutrition for muscle

optimize T by SNS has boron and most ingredients from T-sterone in it. not a bad sub for both.

DAA

inhibit E by sns if esterogen is a problem. understand this a script grade aromitize inhibitor, do not overdue it

DHEA if that is low

new meta analysis confirms that the whole "TRT will kill you" mantra is complete and utter bullshite and pretty much the opposite for most.

It’s slightly high but not crazy. He probably should be in the 8-900s so he’s right there. I’d keep that dose!

All natural. No supplements. Is it bad to be too high?
