I have givne her workouts, I have told her how to progress. It isn't sticking. SHe is 47 and needs to lift to increase and maintain muscle mass.
Are there any programs out there (she doesn't care about the cost) that is app driven that allows you to input your stats and literally walks you through your workout each day.

I like Fitness Culture. They have two programs for women.
Video instruction in the app, tracks what weights you use, can scale 30/60/90 mins depending on how much time you have that day.
I've yet to see one of their programs 'run out', so you don't have to find another program every 12 weeks.

I've used the Shred app for years now, and, while not a woman myself, I think it would be a good choice. Customizable, videos for each exercise, various types of workout (bulk, tone, machine, etc.) and workout lengths, times your rest periods, tracks what weight you did on each exercise and how many reps, customizable to what equipment you have available, integrates with apple/android health apps, among other features. Costs about $15/month.
I love that I can just go to the gym, pull up the app and do what it says. A huge help, especially when you're just starting out.

you are going to get a ton of options and all are prolly better than what she is currently doing.
but the booty by bret link i put above....well, bret contreras is prolly the best in the business for women's lifting. there is a reason why he is known as the glute guy and why women fly in from all over to San Diego to go to the Glute lab and did the same when he had it in vegas
cant go wrong. the other one on the trainheroic site i listed is the valkyrie by paul carter. Paul gets on my last fricking nerve but he is really good at training, especially women. She will need to be in a gym for this one.
if she is at home...honestly running the stronglifts and using their app will get her a long ways. run the SL program then the intermeddiate then the madcow program. will get her a years worth of programming.

Just get the strong app and program what you want into it. Or workout together. My wife and I have been hammering out some RP sets and are going to give DC training a shot next year. Should be fun
Another option is a virtual personal trainer. There's a few good ones out there.
Or just buy the glute lab book, read it, and program it into the strong app

Thanks for responses guys I'll look into these. we can't work out together too often becaus eshe travels a ton, and our schedules don't align. I usually work out at 6 am, she is usually in the afternoon.

I’d never heard of him until a couple months ago when he did Huberman Lab. Really liked his thinking.
