Pay closer attention to your calories in addition to your carbs. It's likely you are eating at your limit and need to either move more or eat less.

Keto for me would stall at times and a cheat day did the trick. Don’t go full sugar over load but do not be afraid to carb up a little then work your way back. Worked for me anyways but everyone responds different.

Same would happen to me. I think my body was just like WTF is this, but it worked.

This isn't uncommon. Your body doesn't like drastic change. You're in a stall.

Count all calories and carbs (Carb Manager is a great app) and eat at a proper deficit.
Trust the Process.

I also have a day where I don't eat any carbs and do strictly meat and cheese. Some swear by a 90% cheese day to get past a stall (blocks, not shredded).

A 90% cheese diet would have me sitting in a stall all day.

I'm down about the same and have noticed it also. I applaud you for going 3 weeks without wanting to open a vein over sacrificing that much without a loss. I've been a little over a week and no amount of anything would get it lower. UNTIL I HAD A CHEAT DAY. Not a sabotage yourself day, just a slight cheat. Think a Mexican food meal with as little beans and rice just the burrito wrapper cheat meal.

I've done that every other Saturday to keep going on the harder losses. But I'm down to my last 5# to get to my bootcamp weight so now I'm looking at how I'm going to maintain it all.

FWIW, I haven't came close to half my allowed calories and little to no carbs since I started keto and I started walking 3-5 miles a day so eating less wasn't an option really. Exercising more didn't move it either.

Keto does weird things.

Could also possibly be your body getting more adjusted to a keto diet and holding on to water again. I did August 2019-April 2020 in a strict keto diet with about 4 week's total of cheat time to break it up.

A few of my stalls were just me eating too many calories, others I have no explanation for. Eat and log the exact same things for two weeks with no weight loss at week 1 and 5lbs down in week 2. This can be attributed to water weight.

At the end of the day, it's straight calories in vs. calories out. Your macros matter, but net calories dictate your weight(barring circumstances of metabolic syndromes). Some of the things you can do to make sure your metabolism is running full bore are making sure you get a full night's sleep and keeping hydrated. Run yourself too ragged and your body drops your BMR and goes into survival mode.
