Is the Just Crack an Egg a good breakfast option? What’s your go-to breakfast?

Trying to eat lots of clean calories.
I add two eggs so it’s 340 calories and 24g of protein.

I'd like to do something similiar, except i sure as hell wouldn't do a prepackaged/processed version.
Too easy to do from scratch.

Live on a farm. I walk to the coop, grab eggs. Over easy with a thick slice of ham. I never get sick of it. Of course if the ducks are laying I’ll take those over chicken eggs any day.

Was eating those for breakfast when Ibotta had promos for them but that Sodium is ridiculously high.
My daily breakfast consists of 3 eggs (splash of hot sauce), banana and 2 mandarin oranges.

Pretty sure some are looking for a combination of good/healthy and convenient. I'm typically in the gym by 0445, try to be out by 0600 and then a 1hr1/2 drive thru NOLA to work. Doing from scratch would be a huge challenge.

Fine so long as it meets your macros

I just eat 4 eggs. If I want more flavor one day, I add some cheddar, onions, spinach, and chicken.

Egg beaters. Zero fat less than 100 calories.

That's stuff's pretty high in sodium. I keep a tub of pico and a tub of sausage or bacon that I cooked in advance. Add a little coconut oil to a skillet, crack an couple eggs add a spoonful each of pico and meat then stir for 5 mins until set.
Done.
Done.

To be clear, OP is trying to gain weight and is wanting to eat 3000-3500 cals/day according to his previous thread.
He doesn't need egg beaters.

Looks like processed crap. I wouldn’t waste my money on it. My morning meal is usually right after my workout. Generally consists of ground beef over rice or potatoes. Sometimes I’ll add some Tony’s or a couple of Tbs of spaghetti sauce.

I do breakfast muffins that are kind of similar. Its just egg whites, bacon, spinach (or peppers), and cheese. I pre-make them on Sundays and just heat them up throughout the week.

Just so everyone knows, this is just some veggies, cheese and a meat in separate vacuum sealed bags. You add a couple eggs and microwave. Its fine, but I do think you are better off doing your own with pre cooked ground beef and veggies. Especially trying to gain weight.
