Anyone were these? How true to size are they?

13mm or 10mm?

With how my knees are, I won’t ever get into insane squat or DL lifts, but I’ve gotten back up to the point in both of wanting to use a belt again and Inzer has some solid reviews for the price point.

I have a 10mm lever Inzer belt and I love it. I’m 6ft and 185lbs, and I got a large. I think the 13mm would have been too big.

If you order any color other than black expect for it to take 4-6 weeks to come in. Worth the wait though.

Have a single prong 10mm, I would also say 13mm is probably unnecessary. With a 36 inch waist I’m right near the middle of the loops on a large. Have used it for years and love it

I have a Large 13mm lever belt that I bought to replace a Medium 13mm double prong (got too fat for the Medium).

Pro tip, decide which size/style you want then call them to order it and ask them what colors they have in stock. I did this both times and ended up with something better than plain black each time plus I received my order within a week.

What size you were with the medium? I’m stuck between that or the large.

Pioneer > Inzer

If you're not willing to wait, then yeah get the Inzer. With Pioneer, you're guaranteed to have to wait but they have good customer service if you have questions.

The owner of Pioneer has a video on YouTube where he breaksdown many of the popular weightlifting belts. Shows why/why not they're good and what they're made off.

Probably 32-34 once I exceeded that at all I need the large. I have plenty of room with it and have move the lever in and out depending on the season.

Watched the vid. Interesting. Looks like I can’t go wrong with Inzer or Pioneer. Kinda sold on Pioneer now.

I have a single prong 10mm inzer and a 2pood straight belt.

I use the inzer for days when I max out or work close to max on squats or deadlift. I use the 2pood belt for metcons/CrossFit workouts and Olympic lifts.

The inzer will last forever and you’ll be able to pass it down to your grandkids

Why did you opt for a thinner belt? I lost my SBD belt and need to replace it - looking at Inzer and Pioneer as well as SBD.

I’m 56 and 5’11”, 175#. Just fell in love with lifting about 1.5 years ago. After reading reviews and articles I figured the 8.5mm would be enough and I was right. It makes me feel much safer DL and Squatting. You can get 10 or 13...

I figured you were in a lighter weight class. I have thick belts but am in the heavyweight class - just now retiring. I loved my 13mm SBD but am intrigued by Pioneer.

Anyone know the difference, besides maybe comfort, of the Pioneer Tapered Training Belt and the Normal 10mm Pioneer belt?

I’ve prolly decided on the pioneer cut for ease of adjustment.
