I ordered Hooga grounding sheets in mid April. Got the best and deepest sleep ever the first night. From april to late may, I didnt have a single day I woke up with any aches or pains.

Few weeks ago I started waking up with back aches again. After a few days I invesigated and the chord ( 15 ft long" had falled behind the bed and the bunny ate it.

Spliced the grounding wire together and they worked against but not as well. Last weekend I ordered two replacement chords from Hooga at $10 each. This past week while waiting for delivery i had 2 days waking up with a big back ache. Damned bunny got it again becauce i guess i didnt tuck the wire enough umder the mattress.

Chords were delivered thursday. Past 2 days have been back to amazing. Chord is bound securely and safe from bunny teeth this time.

Proven effective multiple times. Prevents inflammation and helps relaxation.

None of this is necessary if you just sleep inside a Faraday cage.

I had to look up what a grounding sheet is. Seems a little far out for me, but if it works for you, rock on with it.

one of my wife's friends is a new convert to these, but she's also a firm flat-earther and chemtrails type too so ....

ETA: I'm not painting the OP with that same brush, just that the only other time I've heard of this was from her wacko friend
