About 350 minutes.

Nutrition is heavily dependent on the person. Some people do well on an empty stomach. I need a semi-large meal 75-90 minutes from the beginning of my workout to feel my best.

Safe?

I could probably eat it during the workout and still survive.

I once ate a piece at mile 4/5 of a marathon. Went down well with a mimosa.

Safest time is right before your primary lift. Some people claim that eating cake in the power rack is bad gym etiquette but I like to use the colored sugar like lifting chalk so they can f*ck right off with that nonsense.
