How do you keep a meal/protein shake down after a hard workout?

I try my best to eat right after my workouts but most days my stomach is too churned up and I can't keep it down. It's a little easier with a protein shake since its just liquid but half the time I throw that up too. I really wouldn't care about not keeping it down but I'm on a cycle of SARMs and I take it an hour before my lifts so I'm worried about wasting part or all of my SARMs if I throw it up.

Don't eat right after your workout. Problem solved.

Just trying my best to take advantage of the metabolic window. I guess I could start taking my SARMs at night before bed. They said recommended an hour before working out but that it doesn't make much of a difference when you take it as long as it's around the same time daily.

Don't worry about the "metabolic window" just eat when you can

How do I do it? Easy. I don’t have to throw up if I eat or drink a shake after I workout.

Was hoping you'd reply. You really seem to know your shite just from lurking a little on here. Thanks.

It’s still optimal to get something in within 30 min of your workout.

There is no such thing as a metabolic window.

Yeah dude, give it a few minutes you don't have to knock back an entire protein shake while walking out the gym door. You can wait a little while after working out before ingesting food/protein shakes.

There are plenty of creditable articles which indicate otherwise.

Eat when you're hungry, drink when you're thirsty. Don't feel pressured to have that occur at any special times.
