Yeah that monolift looks awesome. Shame it won't work on rogues stuff. I think rogues holes are smaller than Titans.

Should be the same, let me research it and make sure though? You have the R3?

I think I read that Rogue accessories work on Titan racks but Titan won't work on Rogue racks. Not sure why that is. I ordered the T-6 yesterday. I'll post a picture once I get it in and everything rearranged.

Blowflex adjustable dbs to 52.5.
Fully adjustable db bench
Iron gym pull-up bar w hanging straps
Medicine ball
Ab wheel
XL yoga ball-large big enough to sit on at my desk.

About to upgrade my dbs to the 10-100 variety.

Yeah, the bow flex ones are like $800 so thinking about doing the old school variety for like $250.

I do a lot of super setting and circuit stuff though so I should probably bite the bullet and spend the money

What you mean by old school and what you mean by $250? Cause you ain't getting to 100's on $250

I will be swtiching mine out to traditional dumbbells once I finish my new shop but I will have an extreme amount of space.

For a normal home gym its really hard to beat the powerblocks. Go with the u-90 set starting with the 5-50. Then upgrade with the expansion kits all the way to 125.

I have the powerblocks and only plan to go to the 90's. After that, I'm going to build pro style dumbbells.

I just added a GHD to the home.

Only missing a few things: Rower and jerk blocks.

I might get the Titan ghd later this year. It's gotten great reviews and you can get it around 280 shipped. Direct clone of rogue Abraham's 2.0

If that doesn't wobble, it's going to be a game changer.

That's a good looking setup you have there. Care to link jerk box plans for the thread?
