Bench press is probably the single worst movement you can do regardless of what your goals are. FYI.

What if your goal is to bench more?

get a folding rack, barbell and weights and an adjustable bench. Get the bench holder to hang it from the wall.

Get powerblock or ironmaster DBS if you can.

Get a set of gymnastic rings

Get the dip attachment for the rig

get the peleton

get 100lbs strongman sandbag and make a 50lb bag like greyskull teaches.

Get a jumprope

All you need plus some if you bust your arse, you will be in the best shape of your life

oh....

PROFIT???!!!!

You should have plenty of room for a power rack, weights, and an adjustable bench.

This is my set up in an outside utility closet that is about 4x10. You should have plenty of room.

I wish I knew. A rich guy had set up a large gym for the hs football team to use. He retired and sold it off. I got this because of the plate storage but honestly it’s a great rack. There are holes in the top and I would like to know what might go there.

As for the bar rack, back is a 2x10 and the holder a 4x4 I cut holes with a forstner bit with extension. Opened them up with a band saw and hit it with the router. I plan on making a second very soon.

The wife has a Bowflex C6 bike. It's in the basement. She decided she needed the new Peloton bike, so that's going next to it when it gets here next week.

The Peloton got delivered this past Saturday and the wife has already sold the Bowflex C6. No need for two of them, and to be honest, the Peloton is a much nicer bike than the Bowflex. I took my first ride on the Peloton this afternoon, I like it.

I want all of things. Only have rings and a peloton though. Think I need a bigger house.
