im just now getting back to 40mg.

as far as results, i dunno. im not exactly a good test subject. with having 3 boys my life is fricking chaos with the different sports, their school stuff, & business related activties we have to do for my wife's work.

i should have a pretty clear schedule mid july until labor day, i will try and get in body scan and possibly blood work done before and after and see if i notice anything.

I took my first 5mg last night around 6:30. I got a little tired around 8:30, but still didn’t fall asleep until about 11 but did sleep through the night until 6 so that was good. No grogginess whatsoever this morning (actually had a fantastic workout). Might just hop to 10mg tonight to see how it goes.

i would.

i will say this, with melatonin...when you get tired, even a little, turn off all devices and go to sleep. i find if i keep watching tv or playing on my phone through this time, i become "untired" for another hour or 2 and i guess i somewhat miss the window to go to sleep and it take a little while to get another "window"

That’s probably what my issue was. Wife and I were watching the new Dr Strange and by the time it was over I wasn’t that tired.

I find the same. If I miss my window I’m fricked. Does your body stop naturally producing it if you are taking it routinely? I don’t want to get dependent on this.

My sleep has been completely fricked recently. If I want to go to bed at 12, what time would y'all take it? If I took 10mg after taking 5mg for so long, what are the effects in the morning?

I take it about 20 to 30 minutes before I go to bed. That works for me.

You shouldn't notice a big difference.

I've screwed that up before

I'm still a bit hesitant with melatonin and the long term use at higher levels, but I'll be watching this thread

No melatonin. Just get sun on eyes at sunrise and sunset and melatonin is produced and released at the proper time. Avoid bluelight after dark or wear blue blockers.

none particular unless something is out of whack, but mainly cholesterol, BP and then see what improves.

Everything came back normal and BP was 128/78 which is about where it usually is.

Been taking 10mg at 8:30 and it has me a little groggy at 5:30, but nothing that I haven’t been able to shake off pretty easily within 15 minutes of waking up. I’d imagine it’ll get even easier after keeping it up for another week.

I have been sleeping MUCH better so that been great. Usually, when I wake up in the middle of the night I’m up and can’t go back to sleep. Haven’t had that issue anymore
