I realize this is a low set bar. I work at 7AM and I know the correct answer is probably a smoothie of some sort. All of my smoothie options open AT 7.

This leaves me with Chik Fil A, Whataburger, and MacDonalds. Everybody gets in a bind now and then and aren't up in time to make a decent breakfast. What do you guys do when you must hit up a drive thru breakfast?

Don't. Drink 2 cups of egg whites every morning and eat oatmeal at work, proceed to realize gains.

That Egg white delight sounds OK.

Wendy's makes a good egg sandwich on an "artesinal" bread.

The best on the go breakfast for me is boiled egg and a banana. Takes a little prep the night before though.

To answer your question: Any egg sandwich, throw away the bun. The smoothie is a horrible choice.

Now my real recommendation: Subscribe to Metabolic Meals and have precooked options delivered to your door for use on these tough days.

I eat Cliff Builder Bars on the move. I drink about 24 ounces of water with one. Keeps pretty full for a few hours. I usually kill my appetite with a serving of almonds between the one I eat the bar until it's lunch time.

Cook yourself eggs and steel cut oats.

Make the oats on Sunday. Put it in the fridge and it will stay good all week.

Eggs take no time to cook.

21g

Still healthier than scarfing down an egg mcmuffin.

I'm not saying it's the best choice, or my first. It's easy and simple if you're on the move but use it as a meal replacement, not a snack.

Whataburger serves sandwiches all day. Get a grilled chicken sandwich no mayo/bun oil

Breakfast bowl from Panera is probably the healthiest option.

Why not Quest or something similar. There are way too many options to be eating what is essentially a candy bar with some added protein.
