Nothing at Panera has good macros
What I was referring to apparently are discontinued secret menu items.
Power Breakfast Egg Bowl w/ Steak
230 calories, 5g of carbs, 20g of protein.
Power Breakfast Egg White Bowl w/ Roasted Turkey
180 Calories, 7g of Carbs, 25g of Protein
Sorry for the rustled jimmies.

nothing to be sorry about.
but...........steering someone blindly to a restaurant looking for healthy options and then later referring to a secret menu isn't exactly helpful though.

Quest bars are good.. certain Kirkland (Costco) are good. Read your labels. Yogurt, premier protein drinks. Very little prep time from the night before and the sky is the limit.

I'm bulking but I eat two strawberry chicken biscuits from Whataburger when I need something quick.

Meal prep for the week and you just grab and go each morning. Sure it will cost you some time on Sunday but well worth it. If you're life is busy and you find yourself reaching for drive thru, meal prep is the way to go. I cook bacon and eggs on Sunday morning to last me until Friday. I use a zip lock sandwich bag and put two pieces of cooked bacon and 4 eggs in each. There are also some steel cut oat crock pot recipes that will make breakfast for the whole week. Scoop out one cup and roll out. You can drink a protein shake with it to meet your macros. You could also boil eggs for the week as one poster stated.

Still healthier than scarfing down an egg mcmuffin.
I'm not saying it's the best choice, or my first. It's easy and simple if you're on the move but use it as a meal replacement, not a snack.
Egg McMuffin

P - 18 g
C - 30 g
F - 13 g
Cliff Bar - Chocolate

Agreed, you will cut the grease, have more portion control and save money. And cut out the drive thru time

I realize this is a low set bar. I work at 7AM and I know the correct answer is probably a smoothie of some sort. All of my smoothie options open AT 7.
This leaves me with Chik Fil A, Whataburger, and MacDonalds. Everybody gets in a bind now and then and aren't up in time to make a decent breakfast. What do you guys do when you must hit up a drive thru breakfast?
is this a post workout meal? what are your current fitness goals?
your caloric and macronutrient needs will vary depending on those factors.

Chick fil A egg white grill. Pretty tasty 300 calories and 25g of protein.
Either drop the cheese or switch to Colby Jack for a little flavor. Use the app, order a meal (with the side being fruit), with coffee. Use the fruit as a snack later in the day.
Or just do an almond milk smoothie at home - frozen fruit, vanilla plant protein, 1/2 banana, and flax seeds.
