I’m talking legal stuff, so leave out steroids for another time.

I added Arcanum’s CBD Sports targeted topical supplements recently.

One is a topical CBD Joint supplement. I added it to see if it could help my knee recover from the tendonosis issue. The other is a transdermal CBD product that you put on the inside of the wrist to assist in overall recovery. I’ll let you guys know how it goes after a week or 2.

I’ll add more as I have more time.

As of right now only protein supplementation and BCAAs, and a multivitamin.

Looking heavily into BPC-157 for my supraspinatus tendon issue.. I've been through two different therapy programs thus far, with the only real results coming from steroid injections that only covered up the pain for a few weeks.

For those that also run, do you see issues taking creatine? I realize it affects hydration. Not sure how that would affect running and cycling.

Creatine is the same as any additional amino acid or protein. If your hydration is on point (which it should be) there should be no negative effects beyond those generally associated with protein and amino acids.

I live in Tucson and work out in a garage with no ac and outdoors. I sweat my arse off and no issues with creatine/hydration because I am diligent about drinking.

i had to get off of it. I have really bad cramping when I am on it. I drink a ton of water and electrolytes so i have no idea why it does it to me.

I've been thinking about adding some type of cbd supplement to see what the effects are like, but these are pretty much all the supplements I take on a regular basis:

Creatine monohydrate
Multivitamin
Vitamin B Complex
BCAAs
Preworkout
ZMAs

I like adding coconut oil to my morning coffee, which is when I'll take vitamins for the fat absorption properties from MCT.

Used to take whey protein and casein, but it got too expensive. Since switching to getting my protein from whole food I've noticed those protein supplements aren't as important in terms of gains as they're made out to be.

Please update if that works. I'm killing my right knee, but not willing to stop progress.

Probably pee most of it out, but it's cheap and I figured couldn't hurt.

Preworkout (endorush)
Creatine Mono
BCAAs

Preworkout is a must for me. I don't have the drive to go to the gym right when I get home.

I want to take
Multivitamin
Fish oil
Greens powder
Protein powder

I'm just too lazy to get the other stuff and take it

It's cheap and doesn't hurt you. I've had a 10 dollar pack for like 6 months now. It's mostly why not for me.

It probably doesn't do much.

Shoot, I forgot. I separately take Carnitine and Agmatine for blood flow and brain function. Apparently it isn't working that well.
