I meant the low incline DB. What is that?

it means incline DB bench with only a slight incline of 10-20 degrees, not 45.

Ok, I may just use the barbell instead of DB. My only heavy dumbbells are plate loaded, and I don't trust them enough to press over my face.

That was some work. By the Farm Flex I was pacing the gym between sets with a thousand yard stare.

Good pump and really liked all the chest work.

As always that last set of skullcrushers can go to hell.

Funny you say that. This morning I was mapping out my plans for next year and for June and July I was going to try some Occlusion Training.

I have never tried this, but I want to learn more about it. The only experience I have is in the rehab setting.

This was my first experience with curls to OHP. I went light but man, those work some muscles I don't normally hit in the shoulders. I think I'll feel it tomorrow.

its essnetially using bands to allow blood to go into the muscle but restrict it from coming out.

you can use much lighter weight and get same results. great way to bring up laggin bodypart over like 6-8 weeks.

That workout just reminded me: Arm Farm is fricking awesome! So pumped all over upper body. I also subbed in incline barbell bench for Dbs (and used an ezcurl bar for that superset’s curls). I also accidentally did 5 sets of the first exercise (oops). I ran Arm Farm in September, and I can tell weights I was able to barely work out wirh W1D1 then I can go slow and control and squeeze now.

I know also (since I have ran it before) that Arm farm doesn’t have any high % lifting, so I set all my TMs at 95% of 1RM after adding 5 lbs to bench or 10 lbs to deadlift from last month’s maxes. Today felt like the benching was actual effort rather than the easiest part of the program; hopefully this doesn’t bite me in the arse later on :)

Day 1 down. I struggled with the curl to ohp as well but chalked it up to the fact I did shoulders yesterday prior to committing to Arm Farm for the month.

Major focus this month is hitting my macro goals on a daily basis though. If I do that I grow, if not I don’t

I'm skipping today. Chest, shoulders, and triceps are a little sore from yesterday. I'll just run a day behind this first week.

Whew - maybe that wasn’t the best workout for a first workout in 2 years. Oh well, it’s over now and I’m spent. Gonna use this to kickstart lifting again.
