W4D1 in the books for me; main lifts are getting kinda heavy now. I’m getting noticeably stronger on the triple superset; used 15lb dbs for both lat raises and curl to OHP today and it felt good all 3 sets. I think this might mean I should be using 20s on the lat raises though.

Just in time for the Arm Harvest, my new cable pulley tower is here and assembled:



With a plate peg on the back holding a couple 45s it seems stable enough. Soooo much better than the pulley I had hanging from my rack with a plate pin (much smoother and way easier to get proper angles for exercises).

My gym is starting to get a bit crowded now :/

Thats a nice setup!

Today was the first day I sleep in and snoozed my alarm in months. Had to stay up till 11:30 building a new bed. Good thing the clinic closes early today!

I think I’m going to do a week of just cable/db exercises next week after finishing Arm Farm Sunday. Just try to kinda deload and take it easy before starting Big Bench Christmas on Monday Dec 5.

I tried to get more sleep. My GSP wakes up around 5:30 out of habit of my alarm going off. So I went do some back specific work and prepped my turkey.

Glad today is my Friday even though I'll be on call until Monday morning. I had to come out last night and suture someone's finger back together. Sent him to ortho today.

Knocked out W4D2 today with my new cable tower. I did face pulls, triceps pushdowns, one arm rear lats, and one arm cross body triceps extensions on it, so basically one exercise each superset. Made for a really excellent workout.

W4D4 down. Solid workout. I liked the higher weight lower reps in the beginning.

On this Thanksgiving Eve I am thankful that cardio wasn’t 4 sets. I think my triceps may have exploded.

Done with Arm Farm. Really happy with my progress. It set a new standard for me as far as how much work I can do in the gym which will serve me well going forward. May do my own thing next month as a semi break then probably back to a PPSA program in January.

Done with Arm Farm! I can’t believe I haven’t been doing these programs for longer. I was worried the 30x4 of the pull-downs would kill me, but I started at the usual weight and went up two plates!

Thicksgiving was a good one after Arm Farm. My quads were feeling neglected but not anymore.

Holy shite. 8x8! I went to my buddy’s house and we didn’t have enough weight for my 80% which was going to be 385. We only had enough for 300lbs and that was difficult. Then the front squats

Yeah, 11 sets of squats after splits and before lunges. I’m hurting today.
