Same for me. I hit 360 for a single. I only have 385lbs at home. My BIL has 2 25lb plates for me so I guess I need to go pick those things up.
I may rerun pool season 2 and put my Squat and DL max to 95% and bench to 93%. Definitely like the workout plan.

Y’all making me fell weak with those DL#….
I started off light on squats and DL intentionally when I started 13 weeks ago. Been increasing TM #s every 3 or 4 weeks.

Took the day off as planned yesterday. Squats were heavy but good. Figured out a good incline for the rows so that they were hard but still manageable. Rear lats still suck (especially these higher rep sets).Tweaked something in the lower right side of my back on the 3rd set of RDLs. Dropped weight for 4th set but my back said nope. Plan is to take it easy the rest of the day and get the lunges in either tonight or tomorrow. I'll wait until tomorrow morning to decide if D4 is tomorrow or Saturday.

Yea my lower back is a bit tight and hips are a little sore after the deadlifting and 16k steps yesterday. Going to take it easy today and try to fully recover before I tackle W3D3’s squats and RDLs. An extra day or two off, subbing in exercises to rest your back, or going lighter on volume/weight than written for a couple weeks isn’t the end of the world. Ignoring your body until you get a real injury can sideline you for months!

Sort of tweaked my groin on the 3 x 330 squats this morning. Going to make sure my wife massages it each night until Monday.

W3d3 done. Squats felt good; did 6 instead of 3@85% and then added a 2 plate amrap for hypertrophy purposes. The best part of the inverted rows was I had the j cups at a perfect height to do RDLs/shrug superset afterwards without having to pull off the ground.
All my extra squatting caught up to me for cardio tho and I had to use lighter dbs for the lunges haha

Skipped yesterday to let my back rest from whatever I did to it thursday. Think it was a good decision, but something I don't want to make a habbit.
W3D4 done! (with missing lunges from W3D3)
On paper, today didn't look to bad. However, those push/PULL supersets got real towards the end. I was a little gun-shy on the high rep bent rows (mainly due to tweaking my back thursday), so I dropped the weight a little on those from my planned weight. Also pretty happy about lowering my counter-weight for chinups. Between losing weight and getting stronger, I'm down to a 20lb counter-weight. To put that 20lbs in perspective, I had around a 90lb counter-weight at Thanksgiving!

Week 4 is gonna get real: 2x90% for bench, deadlift, and squats
//edit: w3d4 done: I think that was the best Big Pump Friday since W1D4 of pool season 1. I did some light high rep cable hammer curls and triceps pushdowns with the cardio superset to show the guns off after :)

I thought today was a good session. Squats were good; not too easy or too light. Bench would've been better with 3 reps. I ran the last 80% set out to 10 reps. Not sure whether the endless skullcrushers or high rep SS of side lat and band pull aparts was worse. There is a place in hell for both of those.
