Are DB side raises (W2D1) the same as DB lat raises (W1D1)? Trying to prep weights for tomorrow.

Thanks! I thought so, but wasn't sure why he wrote it 2 different ways.

Had to take off Saturday but doing W1D3 now. Squats felt good with extra rest so we did them all in 2 sets (5/10@60%, 4/8@70, 3/6@75) then did a 65%amrap. This was stupid cause I didn’t look at the walking lunge cardio haha. Legs dead AF now

W2D1 done
That was a long session. I rushed the rests and it still took 1:25. It may be cheating a little, but I went out of order. I hit bench, squat, then OHP. Mainly did this due to equipment availability at the gym. Not having bench and OHP back to back like in the plan is why it felt like cheating. The "shoulders like boulders" was BY FAR the worst of it. Those 25 rep sets are torture!

W2D1 done. Bench felt really good. I think my left bicep is finally healed which made things so much better.

I had to take a small break twice on the band pull aparts. So much burn.

I miss you guys. I was planning on going back to the gym today, but the baby won't sleep at night now. I started back full time at work today.
Hope y'all are enjoying PS2!

W2D1 finished. Squats and bench felt easy. The shoulder super set had me on fire though. Couldn’t finish triceps at the end ran out of time. Total time ran about hour and 15 mins when I had to leave

Miss you Jose. Babies are the worst.

Little behind but I’ll catch up. Finished W1D4 today. Feels good to be one down on this. Really working on correcting my diet as well.

I ‘m behind too, just did W1D4. Decent amount of chest, I hope I’m not sore for tomorrow

We did W1D4 today too. Bench was oddly light for the first superset, but the 5x20 rows took it out of me. I am stopping taking a pre-workout to try and get caffeine intake under control, but that was rough today.

W2D2 done
Reading comprehension is hard. Apparently it was my turn to screw up the set scheme. Missed the 65% set of deadlifts and ended up doing 6 reps extra at 75%. So 45 total (25 regular and 20 snatch). For snatch, I used 52%, 59%, and 65% (x2). I couldn't run the chin-up and snatch as a SS due to equipment unavailable, but still got everything done eventually. Definitely took longer than expected today (1:35).

Backarms are feeling it from all those skull crushers yesterday.

W2D2 done. Anxiously awaiting Friday pump.
Going to go get some fasted cardio in tomorrow morning on the rest/off day. Trying to make it a point to get my 10K steps in each day.

100% agree. Finally getting to the point where I could potentially go back to a traditional gym. Kids are 14, 12, & 7.

Yall aren't joking about the kids! I only have 2. Couldn't imagine having more with the schedule we already have. One has gymnastics M, W, F, and Sa. The other has volleyball T, Th, F, and Su. Since I don't have a home gym, I've had to get up at 3:30-4:30 several days to get my workout in. Only way to get it in and get back home to get ready for a gym meet or a volleyball tournament. Glad both of those seasons just wrapped up.
