Got a calcium score of 5,300.

Doctor is supposed to call me. How bad off am I?

I see a score of 2500 means your arterial age is 98. By my calculations yours is 200.

umm you need to change your diet immediately
start lifting weights today
start walking 10k steps per day
start taking 8oz of 100% pomegranate juice not from concentrate daily
start nattokinase daily at 8 caps per day LINK
thats going to be the biggest things to start right away. if blood pressure is high even a little then also start carditone at 3 caps per day. If after 2 weeks not in range, add another cap until it is in range
oh and cut out fricking alcohol now.
as far as how bad off you are...not good. how old are you?

5300? If that's not a typo, I'd just sit really still and see if they can transport you straight to the Cath lab. Idk if I've ever heard of one that high
Edit: I googled and found where insanely high scores like that can be some kind of error. I'd wait to hear from the doc

It’s not me, it’s my uncle. He’s 66, 6’2, 265. Baw has been on a bad diet his whole life. Still haven’t heard from doctor. He’s been having dizzy spells but thought it was vertigo.

Doc got back and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Said they will take a look and put in stents if need be. Said he’s had high calcium scores before that weren’t anything.
