Anyone every get these?
Back of my head felt on fire and like it was about to pop several times last week when doing deadlift and squat. I shut down all lifting for a week but, five days since the last lift, I still have some lingering symptoms.
What did you do?

My recommendations:
Check other potential causes like lack of hydration.
Check breathing patterns during the lift.
Those are gonna be your top two triggers while lifting. If you're worried about the lasting effects, see a doc. Any real damage you can't treat with Advil is a doctor thing.
Just my opinion.

I have felt like my left eye was going to pop out.

Only during rodeo, but that was to be expected with lack of sleep, lack of hydration, and eating like shite.

lack of hydration
Was the culprit the only time I've had them.

Have you had a 2+ hour flight recently?

Pre workout was the culprit when I had them. Too much on my blood pressure

Hydration seemed to be my headache culprit as well, but mine were frontal headaches.

I had this happen and went to the doctor not knowing what was going on.
Come to find out, i had pulled a muscle that lines the back of the skull down into the neck. Took a week off from heavy lifting and took the meds prescribed and i was good to go

I’ve had burst blood vessels in my eyes from lifting before. Just gotta remember to breathe.
