Every time I find the 2.5s in the squat racks, I wonder WTF they are doing.

Curls?
Shoulder press?

Even in those movements, if, say, 80 is giving you trouble, 82.5 will, as well.

Probably going up or down in an increment of 5.

I overload every lift.

Those 2.5 lb plates should never see the squat rack. Jump up 10. Skip that 5lb sissy jump on squats.

Are you a retard or are you digging in on what you thought would be a "funny" thread?

Take your L and move on

What I don't get is the people who put three 10s on each side instead of a 25 and a 5. They aren't adding weight between sets. Just putting 30 pounds on each side.

It happens to me sometimes if I take pre workout. Math gets real hard for a few minutes.

I live on the planet they every set of 2.5s shouldn’t end up on the 2 squat racks that are 5’ from each other in a 10,000 sqft free weight area no matter how many PPSA, Greyskull or Sheiko disciples train there.

well i agree on that. should only be 1 set of 2.5s, 1 set of 1.25s, 1 set of 5s, 1 set of 10s, 1 set of 25s.....35s can burn in hell, and the rest should be 45s.

It’s like a scavenger hunt to find them.

The gym has 3-4 sets and all somehow manage to end up on the two squat racks hidden behind 5s of 10s.

I'm suspicious of the 35lb plates. They seem like commie weights and I refuse to use them.
