I’ve been taking Turmeric for a couple of months. I feel like it’s lessened the pain but I can’t be 100% sure if it was the turmeric or just time.

I had severe tendonitis around new years. I did a few things, not sure if it was one or all that helped but i did the following:
1) advil daily for about a week
2) rested upper body for a week
3) my chiro did some dry needling and scraping, about 5 treatments
4)wore a copper sleeve, then a wrap when working out. still wear the wrap at gym occasionally

it's about 90% improved. If i feel any discomfort, I back off that exercise or go light. so far, so good

I had it in both elbows. Did the steroid shots, icing, etc. Nothing worked. I rested for 8 weeks due to a hernia surgery and came back with no pain. Only thing that helped was extensive rest. Ugh

did all that. after 1 weeks complete off the gym i hit back up on sunday. did some chest work and seemed good. did lat pull downs and left forearm was screaming at me. still hurting today and wearing a band most of the day.

maybe need more time off.

I did get an elbow sleeve/brace off of the Gym Shark site that helped ease some pain. Give that a shot maybe. LINK

Also, maybe see a pain doc. I got a steroid epidural injection in one arm and that worked for about 6 months with no pain.

Careful with injections in that area. Lots of cartilage and tendons. I’d try the rest and other treatments first. Work back slowly with light weight and build back up. Good luck, getting old sucks

I agree, def be careful with injections. The doc that did mine was ultrasound guided, so I felt comfortable. If doc is going in blind, go somewhere else.
